stories

At the center of all my interests is the basic fabric of a story- a narrative framework the binds previously unrelated elements into cohesive network.  Literature, music, language, film, travel, beneath each of these experiences resides a narrative that creates meaning.  Language (coded information of some form or another: symbolism, langue, image, smell, touch) becomes any system of ordering and networking information so that we can can process sensory elements more effectively and universally.  This creative, selective organization of sensory elements to facilitate specfic, desired results or more precisely responses in the (reader: veiwer: listener: feeler) is the art of storytelling.  I often feel every cell of my body--the whisps of electric desire that make up my soul-- forever gravitating toward this process; this destination.
